Yoga for Kids

Yoga is an ideal way to develop physical and emotional strength.

Children learn to find balance and relaxation through breathing. In yoga we use childlike energy to improve physical strength and flexibility. Furthermore, yoga is a great way to relieve excess energy and hyperactivity. This has a positive effect on circulation and ongoing brain development.
